HIGH-TECH LOCATION-BASED ENTERTAINMENT

A Patent-Pending CINEMINI COMPLEX consists of 6-24 home theaters, each seating 6-36 with user selectable entertainment available by reservation made on the Company Web Site, or with touch-screen kiosks located in area malls. The COMPLEX will also feature theme-decorated and catered function room(s) as well as the usual concessions and branded merchandise. A CINEMINI custom-built futuristic entertainment COMPLEX will overcome a jaded person's objections to the typical movie theater experience.

CINEMINI is considered a High-Tech Location Based Entertainment facility (LBE/HTC), as defined by the Family Entertainment Industry, by providing a variety of entertainment, retail, and other attractions all competing and cooperating in one location. This broad definition allows a great range of activities under one roof or clustered into a given area. CINEMINI is actually a hybrid, combining HTC's as defined by IALEI, adding features such as arcades and high-tech attractions such as immersion environments, as well as food and drink.

The COMPLEX is technologically sophisticated, to give CINEMINI the edge needed to capture people's attention and draw traffic to the location and enabling the facility to become the "talk of the town". A CINEMINI COMPLEX can be located in a variety of structures and facilities.

Customers must be offered an environment with a sight, sound and feeling "experience". It requires a creative blend of several key physical elements (props, colors, textures, graphics, lighting, sound, etc.) to achieve this effect. The environment must also be kept impeccably clean and tasteful at all times. The equipment must give guests immediate immersion and excitement to ensure that even the most frequent customers are continually challenged. All of this will ensure that audiences get the greatest possible satisfaction from the CINEMINI experience.

Since the entertainment rooms only accommodate 6-36 persons, not only is the number of people in each room controlled, but the traffic in and around the facility will be minimized by small groups on staggered schedules.

WEB SITE SITE & KIOSK RESERVATIONS

Web Site reservation system easily allows customers to select not only the show and time, but even reserve a particular seat(s). Function room and other services can also be accessed via the Web Site system which allows customers to Search, Reserve and Edit. The Web Site will also be accessible via touch-screen kiosks installed in various area mall locations, including the CINEMINI COMPLEX itself. The reservation system will be fully scalable to handle multiple locations and future expansion, including franchises.

THEATER AUTOMATION

To handle an equipment failure, a backup theater system can be switched on by software that also automatically contacts a repair contractor.

CONCESSION AUTOMATION

Located in the lobby will be a kiosk that displays all of the items available from the concession stand for pre-ordering, which can be charged to the credit card on file for the show.

CUSTOMER TRACKING SOFTWARE

Sophisticated software targets the core markets and develops pricing structures to meet the market needs and generate mailing lists to its customer base.

TOP-100 ENTERTAINMENT SELECTION SOFTWARE

Computerized tracking will enable management to monitor the most popular shows and other forms of entertainment to continuously refine the TOP-100 selections.
